Brewer’s Grade Band, in cooperation with Freebridge Brewing in The Dalles, OR, is excited to announce our very first Brewer’s Grade Beer Release!
Introducing the Brewer’s Grade Band “Unwound” Hazy IPA. This delicious and easy drinking IPA uses 100% Citra hops to create fruity, citrusy flavors and a creamy, soft mouthfeel, while maintaining an ABV of 8.0% with only 55IBUs! The “Unwoud” name pays homage to the very beginnings of Brewer’s Grade Band, and is a fitting introduction to our larger vision of a full lineup of Brewer’s Grade Beers!
Freebridge Brewing is the dream of a fifth generation Oregon ranch family – Steve Light and Laurie Petroff-Light. It was founded 2016 marking the return of beer brewing operations in The Dalles after a 100 year gap! Their brewery and pub is found in the historic US Mint building just two blocks west of the long-shuttered “Eastern Oregon Brewing Company” which still stands as an iconic landmark at the base of BGB’s namesake Brewery Grade.
